How you and your insurer share costs

Every month, you and your employer make a contribution to your WPAS account to cover medical/vision, dental, prescriptions, and life and long-term disability. This is your monthly premium. But that’s not the end of the story. You also share costs with your insurer — co-pays and co-insurance — until you meet your deductible and out-of-pocket limit. This is how it works.
